Key features
Designed for scalable SME environments, the Snom M55 impresses with its robust design and haptics. The large 2.4" color display provides a clear, concise view of the intuitive user interface. All settings can be made centrally via the M500 base station using zero-touch provisioning, and software updates are carried out over-the-air.
In addition to proven system features such as line monitoring, call pickup, hold/retrieve, broadcast and intercom groups can be programmed on the 6 LED function keys.
The powerful 1500 mAh battery allows up to 12 h talk time in HD audio quality.
Bluetooth headsets are supported in addition to wired headsets.
The 6 keys can be assigned like BLF keys thanks to the Shared Call Emulation support.
The high resolution 2.4" TFT display offers an excellent display with 240 × 320 pixels.
This device has backlit keys, which is of course very useful especially in low-light conditions.
This device has Bluetooth headset support.
This device communicates using the radio standard for telecommunications called DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications).
This DECT handset comes with a belt clip.
This device has a port and possible software support that allows a headset to be connected.
This device has a particularly long standby time.
This device is able to receive updates via radio, i.e. OTA (over-the-air). As a rule, the DECT handsets must be in their charging cradle for this.
SCE is similar to BLF on desk phones. It allows monitoring/viewing, answering, holding and transferring calls via programmable keys in the DECT environment.
This device has an integrated phone book.
